My wife and I just could not get into it. We love studio Ghibli films and even though this is not one, it got enough praise to be compared to one. There were just many moments throughout the film where we thought …”Is this supposed to make us like the film?”. Starting with the mother, who is hateful and harsh to her husband throughout the film. We thought she was being playfully sarcastic or rude like many couples can be but it was not the case and she seemed to genuinely be nasty towards him for helping around the house. Then the main character is a spoiled kid who throws temper tantrums constantly but never receives any discipline. He hits his parents and tries to hit the baby often with objects but is never disciplined for it, instead he just gets to run off and play imagination. I don’t know, it just did not make sense to us and felt like watching nothing but bad characters get their way.

Complete waste of time honestly. Space man tries to be a new age science film that brings together different species and perspectives but fails to make any sense of the story. Various moving pieces like the Astronaut, his wife, the command station people and the giant spider from outer space are supposed to play a part in bringing the film together but it just confuses the audience. There seemed to be no real point to the film outside of obscurity and making Adam Sandler talk to a spider from outer space.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness

Honestly 4/10 for several reasons 1. Marvel obviously trying to go woke and it makes the movies suck. No need for all female heroes and all the LGBT agenda within the movie. 2. The side character xochitl was a terrible actress who just overacted and brought the film down. 3. The whole plot seemed a bit far fetched for Wanda as a character and the ending was kind of dumb. 4. Jon krasinski got screwed over and should have had way more screen time or a bigger part to play. There was some great action and Wanda did sell the part of darkness but overall marvel needs to stay away from being woke and horror genre
