Total disaster! 11 broken items. The leader started by telling me he appreciated being “blessed” when the job was finished. He then broke the leg off my dining room chair, tried to fix it with wood glue and wrap it so I couldn’t see it but I walked through the garage and asked what was going on. We took pics and called to company. When the job was completed, I was charged 300.00 more than the original quote partly because I was charged for 22 wraps. When my items got to my house, 11 items were broken. I filed the lengthy paperwork, sent pics and was declined they say because my items went to storage even thought they were contacted in the middle of the move about the broken chair. You will be assured they will take care of you and they are lying! They finally sent 50.00 and said that was all I was getting. Do not use this company, especially team Jacob in Nashville.
