Part of the show is a poor copy of American legal drama series Suits. They have copied the office, vocabulary style of negotiations and the most annoying part is the Bose claims to be an alumni of Harward(what the hell is he doing in India after studying law from Harward?) Desperate try to look and behave like Harvey Spector. Leaves a poor taste in mouth.
