This book follows all the emotional highs and lows as one amazing man seeks to save the sun bears of Borneo. As someone who has visited the Bornean Sun Bear Conservation Centre myself a few times, I can absolutely vouch that Dr Wong and his team are making such a difference to the lives of these rare and endangered little bears as well as caring for their environment in the Bornean rainforest. Without this help, this endearing animal will become extinct as poaching and climate change take their toll. Once the reader of this book has been given an insight of the challenges faced by Dr Wong, I am sure you will want to become involved in safeguarding these precious bears. Wonderfully written by Sarah Pye, you won't want to put the book down!
