Visuals and soundtrack are exceptional. The movie seemed "interesting" but not comprehensive or intuitive as pertaining to the story-line. There were many scenes that teased the senses, but they were like the patchwork quilt effect of a soap opera. If you have not been following the Blade Runner series (including the original before this) then this show just did not make any sense. As a matter of fact, both of them do not make any sense if you did not read the book they are a spin-off from. You cannot put the pieces together from the shows, I assure you, if you do not read the book. Most movies that do this,i.e., throw scenes at you and expect your mind to glue it all together, usually do not do well at the box office. But, the visuals and the musical score are quite good. The oceanic scene in the rain at the end was quite strange, but again, it was interesting.

This show reveals the inner workings of an extremely wealthy family and the business that they are all involved in together. When the "head" of the corporation, i.e. the father, that started it all is on his way out, what really goes on behind closed doors? The language is a bit rough for me, but the show is so good that I endure. I really enjoy living the life of the "spare no expense" (costs out of mind) high rollers, even, if it is only in my one hour viewership...an experience sort of like ...might I say..."avatar-ish". (Wow my own plane and my own yacht!) I was wondering what would take the place of Game of Thrones after its final episode. This show took its place; filled the slot queue quite well. The background soundtrack / musical score is the best I've heard since the rotunda-in-the-cemetery gunfight scene in The Good The Bad and The Ugly. It entices my hammers and anvils and claims my attention, holding it until the score is done. Patiently awaiting season 3. Look out Emmys!

The movie's title does not do it justice. Some won't watch it because of the title, but it is a fantastic show with a totally different story-line than what the show's title implies. I was very surprised by this show. I have recommended it to others but they are "turned-off" by the title and won't give it a viewing. Some folks steal from themselves by pre-judgements. Those who do this miss treasures. Do yourself a favor and watch this show. You'll be surprised.
