I loved this movie. It was edge-of-your-seat gripping. Who else could sustain a movie with almost nobody else in it.... Jake Gyllenhaal does a fantastic job of portraying a man on the edge in the most stressful job imaginable, that of a police dispatcher answering and directing calls. He has been placed there as a short-term measure pending, we don't find out for a while, a trial, and we don't find out until the end, of what. He is a man on the edge, on the verge of exploding...Jake Gyllenhaal does the most fantastic job of conveying all this while seeming credible at the same time. In order to make the, what must have been a supremely low-cost movie in terms of location work, basically a room with some screens and computers, it would take an actor the caliber of Jake Gyllenhall. I am becoming a real fan of this actor.
