Well, we’re 4 episodes in, & I like it. I may be in the minority here, but while I DO miss Roseanne, I always enjoyed the entire cast. Yes, I love Roseanne & miss her terribly. I still have all last seasons episodes on my dvr & wont delete them. But ABC is giving us the Roseanne show, just without her. And while the first 5 or so seasons were about Rosie, the later seasons focused more on the entire family as a whole. And in real life, people die. So why should we loose the whole show? I don’t think ABC should have fired Roseanne, but I like ALL the Conners. And I think most people haven’t given the show a chance BECAUSE of Roseanne. Everything you liked about the other show is there, except Rosie. We all grew up loving not just Rosie, but Dan, Becky, Darlene, David & DJ, so why turn iur back on the rest? What if Roseanne died IRL instead of getting fired? Would you watch then if ABC decided to rebrand the show then? The show has all the like of the original. There is definately something missing, but not enough for me to not watch at all. I am hoping if it gets renewed, that David will be in more episodes next year. (With no BBT to film) That would help. But grade wise, I’m giving the show a B-. And yes, I DO miss Rosie. (That’s why it’s a B- & not A+++.)

I’m loving this show! Three episodes in & I’m hooked. Nathan Fillion is always a delight in every role he plays. I’ve read some of the other reviews, & have a few comments based on those. I’m not sure why, but I haven’t noticed the music being too loud. (Maybe it’s your tv??) And some shows DO have this issue, but not this one. I DID notice that the 3 reviews I did read that mentioned music, all have no photos. Same person complaining with different profiles? Maybe. Another complaint is that the show isn’t realistic. It’s not supposed to be EXACTLY like real police work! I’m so tired of people picking EVERY little thing. It’s entertainment! People need to just take it at face value. This show is fun & the chemistry between the actors is great. Nathan Fillion gives the show heart & humor, & helps separate it from all the other super serious cop shows. My only complaint is Nathan’s new haircut! lol Do NOT like it. In the first episode he had normal hair. By the second one, his hair was cut & it does not suit him. I read someone else said he looks like a Jason Bateman...I TOTALLY agree! lol I couldn’t place him...who he looked like. After I read that, I totally agree! lol Great show, with real potential to be one of the best new shows this season!
