I found this book while looking for a leadership book to use in empowering the leadership at the clinic level in a medical practice. Ms. Harris did a fantastic job making the book easy to read and follow. It was a very quick read and almost acted as cliff notes to the managers of our clinics. We incorporated this book in our leadership conference for our managers and it was very well received. Even though our markets are different people are the same. I highly recommend this book for those that are looking to become leaders or need a cliff note quick read on becoming a better leader within your Four Walls.
