Good, not great. Past iterations of the Ryan character were deliberate in humanizing him, finding him fallible and giving his motivations context. Krasinki's reboot forgoes this by having him follow the plot around like a puppy. Even a budding romance seems at forced as the token grind between him and his boss.
The series is completely watchable, action is well-executed, and Krasinki does an adequate job, but that word, "adaquate" is perhaps the best description of Season 1.
