Oh the disappointment. I feel slightly tricked, the trailer looked exciting but within the first few minutes you discover one of the main characters is trans...thats fine, if you didnt shove it down my throat every minute of this slog, slow paced game. I accepted he is a man, stop reminding me he wasnt if you want me to play along with your modern woke narritive...and he's a bit of a brat about it too. Him being trans is sort of an important plot line in the beginning which, like i said i am fine with, but honestly, it is excessive. Even when you think you have updated every character about the situation you are back to just chatting about it with your sister. She gets it, you get it, we all get it. The voice acting is fairly good with beautiful scenery but its not enough to push through this slow, shallow, pushy, virtue signalling pain. Its appealing to a minority audience and i do believe it is a progressive and exciting choice but I wish i was told more of this plot line before I handed over my cash.
