While I always prefer 2D animation to CG, this movie is an absoute blast from start to finish and showcases why this particular anime franchise and these characters have managed to endure so long in pop culture. It's not quite as much a feast for the eyes as Super Broly the previous film and fans of a certain grasshopper-looking villain may not like seeing his sequel be little more than a kaiju, but the action, humor, lore-building, lore-celebrating new characters, old favourites getting to shine again and the heart more than make up for it. Definitely worth the Zeni to go and see.

While some plot threads are as messy the multiverse in question, Benedict Cumberbatch, Eilzabeth Olsen and co make this mystic Marvel thrill ride a real blast from start to finish.

Terrible and unthoughtful adaptation of Terry Pratchett’s seminal Night Watch series that for all it’s budget and good cast ultimately does a disservice to fans of the books and will fail to entertain an audience unfamiliar with its source material as well. If you’re looking for a good Pratchett film or show to watch Vadim Jean’s Hogfather miniseries or Sky One’s Going Postal is right up your alley. But steer clear of The Watch what ever you do.
