Just my personal take. I'm not a professional critic btw. Jin A's character is extremely nuanced. Immature, manipulative yet a pushover, stubborn yet fragile ; she's also sweet, childish, determined. Oh! And a serial liar. Lol. 1 word that aptly describes her is crazy. Yep, she's one crazy woman in both good and negative way. Every trouble in the story is actually connected to her character. Jun Hui is a man that I could love. Lol. Geum Bo-ra and Jin A's brother are also characters that you will love as the story progress. The story is compelling but it failed to deliver the impact I've been waiting all season long. A very slowburn series but is balanced by the romantic scenes of jin a and Jun Hui. The most remarkable aspect in this entire drama is the love and chemistry bet. the protagonists that was almost natural. That was the only redeeming quality I found. And yeah, the amount of kissing, smooching, eating and drinking in this series is unbelievable. Son Ye Jin of course delivered great acting. As always. But despite all that, since I'm a sucker for romance and cheesy love stories, it was still a great watch for me.

For me a truly great kdrama doesn't need to have lots of sex, nudity and overly cheesy romantic lines and scenes. The characters and transition from episode to the next are well thought-out that I didn't even know I was almost at the finale. It really surprised me much that it became the no.1 kdrama in my personal list. The conflict and climax are sooooo subtle I barely noticed it. It was so good it dethroned crash landing on you as my no.1. I love it so much and I hope I can watch more of this kind of dramas in the future.
