It's a fun filler movie, nothing else. There are a few issues I have with it but they won't affect the MCU as a whole so I don't care. Carol Danvers was a kinda boring protagonist but she can easily grow as a character, she has plenty of potential. I recommend this movie for fans of the MCU and those who like fun(yet kinda forgettable) popcorn flicks.I rate it a 3/5 on the MCU scale, 4/5 as a popcorn superhero film, and a 2.5/5 as a standalone movie(which it's not trying to be).
