Great cast and a sobering theme, reminding me of what some families must deal with regardless of whether or not they feel prepared and capable. I enjoyed it.

I’d read great reviews about this film and was disappointed. It moves very very slowly and…there’s just no love in it at all. Lack of a musical score makes this grim reality even more pronounced. Performances were strong but in the end there is nothing redeemable to walk away with.

Beautiful movie. Sensitively acted and directed.

Grim. Too long and the end doesn't justify the means. But a strong directorial debut for Maggie Gyllenhaal.
