Gabby Carter

I found it difficult to relate to Holden's spoiled character. He is narcissistic and dismissive, constantly forming hasty generalizations. There are some parts that are more relatable, specifically his bond with his sister and his struggle in finding a purpose. The repetition of specific phrases and words, notably "lousy" (35x) and "phony"(50x) were irritating.
