I found your opinion piece on John Kennedy to be disrespectful and prejudiced. People in the northeast think if you don't have a New York or Boston accent you are uneducated and stupid. This has been going on for decades but nobody seems to care in the media. If he spoke this way about an African American and their accents he would be removed from his job and forced to make atonements publicly for weeks. I used to live in the New York Metropolitan area and now live in South Carolina and find the people here more honest, trustworthy and kind than those in your beloved northeast. Stop being such a snob and start treating ALL PEOPLE with respect as you would like to be.
