One of the worst SF movies I have seen in years. Poor dialogue, bad acting, horribly bad science, no logic or reason for so many of the characters actions. I fail to see how this was a hit in China - or anywhere. Some of the CGI was not bad, but most was just overdone 15 year ago cliched effects that often did not match the actions.

An older but excellent drama about the transformation of a group of misfit students under the guidance of a very hardcore teacher.

How the One Child Policy really worked. Also a very good example of how the CCP in China brainwashes and controls everything. In 2020 things have not changed much, and in fact the propaganda has been ramped up as the demographics get worse.

Probably one of the best Kdramas to come out in the past 2-3 years. One of the few where the characters actually seem real.

The depiction of North Korea is surprisingly accurate in many ways (though obviously sanitized a bit). As for the plot - one of the very few actual original TV show plots to come out for quite a while (and not just including Korean shows).

This movie is one of the most unrealistic submarine movies ever. If they had any technical advisers they must have been from grade school. They just got so much wrong that it was hard to follow the pretty much standard plot of America Saves the World again.
