Let me put it straight out that you are sure to be thoroughly disappointed if you step in for this movie with the same expectations as that of the earlier movie. The narrative is akin to previous version with 2 parallel love stories set in different era. The 90s version is cutesy with good & relatable performance by the actors. Arushi Sharma was gracious in the role. The problem lies with the current love story & especially the horrible dialogue writing. The cherry on cake is the overacting of Sara Ali Khan which makes for a torturous movie experience. Didn't feel invested at all in Zoe & Veer love story. Would suggest to give it a miss.
