Bill Gates has clearly not studied climate science, he just assumes the IPCC reports and models are correct. Then he accepts their health and economic projections, built with climate model output. He apparently did no due diligence or independent research. So after blindly accepting, the consensus position on climate science he then proceeds to tell us what we must do to combat his hypothesized scourge of climate change. Later he implores the governments of the world to unite in forcing the public to do what he wants. This is a very shallow look at a very complex topic. I do not recommend buying or reading the book.

My wife watches the PBS hour exclusively because she believes it’s more unbiased than all the other media outlets. I disagree and am especially disappointed on its reporting on global warming and the science segments that illustrate the station is clearly biased as it only interviews those that support the station’s position. President Trump doesn’t represent other scientific evidence about the issue but PBS never reviews any books like “Climate Catastrophe” by Andy May or scientists like Judith Curry who have real scientific data and explanations that no one at PBS wants to interview. It’s just more desirous to ignore the real science experts as to why the world is not coming to an end because of climate change and greenhouse emissions. The American people deserve to hear both sides of the debate of real science not just the liberal position the station wants to promote.
