Just was listening to the May 26th show and heard Scott Pelly's piece on the American flag on this eve of Memorial day 2019. His point about the American people being to lazy to understand the problems of this country, in order to keep our politicians honestly working on the real issues America faces rings true. We are as a society, to easily distracted from the real problems we face and this behavior, if it continues will be the end of our democracy. As he said, we need to again find a way to be the union of a very diverse 50 states, to be successful in overcoming not only the challenges of our country but to also help the greater world find solutions. Thank you to Scott and the entire Sunday Morning cast and crew for giving me more hope for the country on this holiday weekend. Stan
