For a book on analytics, it's incredibly unanalytical; heavily relying on anecdotes to "prove" points instead of actual data. Sample sizes are not given, conclusions are drawn from inadequate information, there's a politically-woke slant, and the author is pompous; nonsensically comparing himself to Columbus and other prominent historical figures. However, it is written well, just take the conclusions with a grain of salt, as the book can present data (just percentages) in a disingenuous way.
