It would be helpful if, occasionally, Graeme informed owners of a) The law and b)the fact that you cannot train a dog on a harness. It is a legal requirement in the UK that ALL dogs wear a COLLAR with tags with your address and phone number (NEVER the dogs name) on them, when in any public space. Having the tags on a harness does not count. Having a microchip does not count. The dog MUST wear a collar. Only working dogs, WHILST WORKING are exempt- even Agility dogs now wear a collar in practice and competition. A harness was devised to allow and encourage a dog to pull. Trying to prevent it pulling on a harness is a nonsense. I realise that the WHOLE session is not televised but the voice over could actually fill in some of the gaps.......
