Arguably, the best artificial intelligence movie I've seen. The type of movie that I'd highly recommend to anyone who enjoys thought provoking movies that stimulate debate, or someone who likes suspenseful movies with a plot twist. It's not a movie for everyone however. I'd say the more observant, thoughtful & intelligent a person is, the more they will enjoy this movie. Great acting, held my attention & had me guessing until the very end.

I've been a horror movie fan since the 70s & I absolutely LOVED this movie. An original creepy spin on the origin of Superman. Great acting, held my attention throughout, very suspenseful & had an unexpected ending. Of the hundreds of horror movies I've watched over the decades, I'd rank Brightburn in my personal all time top 20.

Worst movie I've seen in decades. The only time I can recall ever giving a movie a 1 star rating, so that says a whole lot. Avoid this movie at all costs. Someone would have to pay me at LEAST $500 to go to back to a theater & watch this movie again. You have been warned.

Definitely worth seeing if u have nothing better to do. I was entertained & didn't feel disinterested or bored at any time. I only rate it a 3 cuz it doesn't measure up to the dozens of better horror movies I've seen over the decades. I only rate a movie 4 or 5 if I liked it enough to watch again & again, even decades later. Sting, while enjoyable, was not on that level.
