I enjoy On the Money and Becky Quick's presence. I just saw an episode on Beyond Meat. However, this segment did not address one simple question. Years ago, substitute sugar was popular due to fewer calories. But, later, there are now concerns about substitute sugar. How do we know whether or not meatless substitutes will have the same issue? Exactly what are all the ingredients in a meat substitute and is each and every ingredient known to be safe to consume? Thanks. Again, I love your show.
