People often criticize the game for being “Unfinished” and “made without care” but you have to take into account all the post game things you can do and the cinematic’s such as Max Raid Battles. Yes the game feels unfinished story wise but there is so much to do afterwards, people forget to appreciate the time it took for the art and cutscenes, plus there is new DLC with more Pokémon that we didn’t have when the game came out. If you dislike Pokémon Sword and Shield then that is you but please think about what else Game Freak had to work on to get the game out on time, also it’s not the only Pokémon game you can complete in less then 24 hours. The game is also the first Pokémon game to implement Player co-op in Pokémon battles like Max Raid Battles. And the first for you to visit other players directly by Pokémon camps. With the new addition of Pokémon tourneys instead of the standard Elite Four, you have a chance to fight so many new trainers compared to previous games. Each trainer is also unique in design and Pokémon teams making for a same game feature hard to get bored of. Also the post game story I feel makes up for the short story.
