this movie made me almost cry in cinemas. its nothing like the original, it strips away the authenticity and whole vibe of all the other mean girl movies. they removed and changed iconic lines and the musical part made me cringe. with them bursting into song every time it got a little bit acceptable. as soon as i started to enjoy the movie they ruined it. i get it was supposed to be modern but be so fr there is other ways to do that. there was no jingle bell rock during the christmas dance scene, there was no iconic line of how a girl can dress like a **** on halloween. the way i was so excited to watch this movie because of how i love all the mean girls but it ruined my whole mood my whole day my whole week. who decided to make this sh a musical and on top of that cast bad actors, remove everything that made all the other movies good, make it so cringy and the fact that they made the plastics so annoying instead of popular "it girls" made me angry. i hate it so much, im sad and disapointed, honestly if this is what the next generation of kids are watching i have no hope. this is disgraceful to the mean girls legacy and im ashamed. if i could rate it in the negitives i would but i cant. i put more effort into this review than the effort put into the movie. i would rather read this that watch your movie again id honestly rather kms i cant be bothered im so naar
