Great album. Melissa doesn't disappoint on this album. It's got a combination of melodic punchy tunes with contemporary lyrics sung by the fantastic voice that is distinguishably Melissa Manchester. Any fan of 70s era pop music will like this album.

An excellent new wave synthesizer pop album, Dutch band Xymox Phoenix is somewhat reminiscent of UK Simple Minds in terms of both musical style and lyrics. The melody and lyrics is unremarkable but the sound is awesome. If you're into that kind of techno-pop, danceable music then this album is for you!

Great lively album all instrumentals. You can play it as background music while you read or research. A wide variety of musical styles and tempos to stimulate the mind. its just too bad that on vinyl it is spread over 4 sides maybe tape it or rip it so you can listen to it continuously without interruption.

Great music from the late 60s era this album exemplifies American the folk-rock-pop style of fusion music. Funky lyrics and melodies played with era instruments like tambourines and what sounds like flutes very entertaining to listen to.

It's your typical 80s synth-pop album what might be best described as "bubble-gum" music. Lyrically and melodically it's so-so at best. The hit single "Mickey" lead track on side 1 was a big radio hit. It's the kind of album you wouldn't shell out big money for new, and if you had it you'd play it and file it away for a long time.... If you can find it in good condition second-hand at a thrift shop for a dollar or two it's worth picking up for a spin for perhaps a trip down memory lane in the early 80s when you might have been in high school or college.

Nice album overall. The hit single and title track "I Go Crazy" has a very memorable melody and lyrics that brings back good memories for those who remember when that song was a hit on the radio. Overall the album falls into the same sound genre as mid-70s pop-rock bands with songwriting and production values sort of a mash up of pop and disco and maybe a hint of country then this album is for you!

A most excellent smooth jazz album. Larry is to be congratulated for his incredible guitar work. The saxophone Kirk Whalum is also notable. The album is good from start to finish and a joy to listen to. Highly recommended focused listening if this is your style of music or just makes great room background music.

Terrific disco-era album the songs have the characteristic fast-pace hard beat that sounds best with the loudness / bass turned and the volume knob turned up. Give it a spin for a nostalgic trip down memory lane 40 years ago!

Great album if you like Joan Baez. A somewhat eclectic collection of songs, as any compilation album tends to be. There is no underlying theme nor logical ordering of the songs that would create a complete album-side listening experience. The cover versions of the Beatles songs are a nice fusion of her talents and familiar songs. Vinyl version suffers from inner-groove distortion though.

Excellent lead female vocalist rock album from the early 1980s era. Great lyrics and melodies and performances with a sound comparable to contemporary Canadian artists like Loverboy, Aldo Nova and Heart.
