i don't even know where the show ends and where it begins. if i were to rate the first season, it'd get a solid 5. you could tell it was planned out properly. the show goes on a downfall from season 2-3. i don't know who riverdale's writer is, but it sounds like a wattpad fanfic. yk i didn't think the black hood story was as terrible as everyone else does but the gargoyle king? the farm? i don't even wanna mention season 4. and i have no idea where they were going for the "character development". i gotta say, i like how involved the parents of riverdale are unlike usual teen tv shows (even though for some reason they all act like they're 13). genuinely hope the actors will get some justice for these terrible lines. if you wanna be hooked on a show for a good week or two, i'd recommend the 1-2 seasons only. i really hope they can get back on track with the show for season 5, though i extremely doubt it.

one of my favorites to rewatch. it focuses on a serious topic while keeping it as a light-hearted and cute show. and of course, the chemistry between all the actors was a whole nother level and the behind the scenes were very entertaining. the storyline of each character are so well thought-out and every scene manages to make me so excited. it has its comedic, adorable, serious, and frustrating moments and somehow, it all works together. a definite must watch.
