Love this series! Quiet, unpretentious, and with great respect for some of Scotland's most iconic landscapes. Just two good mates having adventures, mostly under their own power. The perfect antidote to all those travel / nature programmes full of pretentious commentaries and thunderous symphonic background music. Andrew's commentary is very droll and minimalist, and the programmes are full of little pearls of wisdom. Whoever commissioned this series was taking a big risk, but it has paid off, big time!
