I watched Barbie as a kid a lot and she means so much to me. I can’t 100% relate to the experience because I’m trans(ftm) so I’m not really a girl, but I have lived that experience. To see Barbie humanized and go through a lot of awful experiences real women do daily and come out of it okay and changed but still Barbie, it makes me feel like I’ll be okay too. I’m also biased though because barbie is always going to be 10/10 in my eyes and anything associated lol.
