Just finished this game…. 35 hours total and all I can say is I could not wait for it to be over. I have played almost every FF and the storyline here is a total deal breaker for me. It throws you down into a complex world with no back story and very little forward goal. Key elements are rushed and not explained and then bam you are given a new task that seems totally irrelevant and unexplained. I think it has the foundation for something special but the execution was in my opinion disastrous. Someone else below wrote that “the script writer should have been fired” and I whole hearted agree. Graphics and game play/battle were pretty good Summons and weapons are worthless. You can literally use the same weapons the whole game. Camping and skills were interesting side quests. Actual side quests were extremely repetitive. Final thoughts. I killed the last boss, saved my game and do not intend to play this again. To be honest I’d like my money and time back.
