This book came to me by being left in my Airbnb in Australia. For some reason I kept it for 5 years and then in late 2022 it decided to read it. I first found it an easy read with the way it is set out. The author builds the characters in a very real way and you feel for each of the 4 main characters and the 3-4 sub characters. Towards the end I found the theme of identity and family very real and meaningful. I found myself quite emotional as I felt for the characters. It plays out in real life often.
