This book is simply excellent.
I have an extremely battered copy I had in my back all the time for three years on a complicated, conflicted multi stakeholder project, that acted like my bible and made many presentations and understanding of intergroup and inter individual conflicts either manageable, or tolerable.
Brilliant work.
