My husband and I appreciated the realism that the writing and the actors showed of dealing with grief. Melissa McCarthy’s sometimes spacey-sometimes rude-sometimes mentally sharp with a twist of her humor put the struggle into focus. We are not currently grieving but the movie was a window into heartache with an interesting animal adversary. Very well written, directed, acted.
