Ordered movie tickets on Fandango for a movie playing in my area near Sarasota FL. Fandango sent the online tickets for a theater in Miami, over 4 hours away. Their horrible service wouldn’t answer the phone. There was no way to cancel online, movie was starting in an hour. After we saw the movie in Sarasota Fandango finally called us back and said the movie in Miami already played so they couldn’t refund us the money. WE WILL NEVER USE FANDANGO AGAIN. Obviously their online application does not use Allow Location.
