This new instalment of The Matrix replaces iconic action with unnecessary continual dialogue that tries to explore the philosophy behind the films - it just leaves you confused and annoyed. Throughout the film you are shown some clips of the old films, but just in case you forget, every couple of minutes a cast member goes ‘Do you remember Neo?’. This becomes really frustrating. I gave it one star because one character goes ‘not fair! I want a matrix franchise spinoff!’ because he lost the fight and it made me laugh 🤷‍♀️
