A good try by Denzel Washington, Ridley Scott, and cast but it just didn't measure up as a sequel to the great original ‘Gladiator’ with Russel Crowe.. All did their best…actors, cinematographers, set and costume designers, etc but the script and ‘believability’ was just not there…not worth the ticket price.

The author writes a book about CIA recruiting which degenerates to a slam of the CIA, its people, and practices. Also the details and facts of the book are nothing more than what you would read in a bad spy novel.
I do appreciate his 34 years in the CIA but get the feeling that the bottom line is he was more of a problem than a solution in the agency.
