Terrible customer service. They argue with you over a simple name change. Do not use your real name. If you do they will not allow you to change it for streaming. So you cannot play this game and stream or have any kind of privacy. As a business owner my real name is important to hide to protect my company, you'd think this company would understand. Instead they want to charge me $5 processing fee to refund me my money on a game I have never even launched due to the fact they want me to use my real name. No thanks .
