I am a huge Marvel fan, but this show just doesn't work. It's not funny, or exciting, or thought provoking. The audience is watching an awful person, Modok, make bad life decisions and treat people badly, encounter the consequences of that, and learn nothing. His life just gets progressively worse. It's depressing, at best. At worst, it's time spent in my life thatI will never get back. Marvel, I think the world of you, and Patton Oswalt, too for that matter, not both of you can do so much better than this show that really doesn't seem to know what it wants to be.
