Solid film with a tension that creeps up and grabs you. Much has been said about its alt right undertones if not overtones. It's there but so is the craft of the filmmaker, which is what makes it a good movie. It's messages or not are from a viewer perspective. I took it as a solid crime thriller with a few memorable shocks. Better than the fast majority of films traipsing around lately that perhaps have less confronting "racist, misogynist, homophobic" scenes. It's moderately distasteful to the ideals but it's no Joseph Goebbels masterpiece.
