Still in season 1, my Wife and I like the show as it covers a lot of the local scene. What we would like to see more of is the work that goes on, the budget that is being worked with and most off all the one thing we do not like is that the chefs of the restaurant's are not cooking the changes in the menu, its being done by (Dennis) a cast member, can the chefs in the restaurant pull off the menu changes that are recommended to help the restaurant going forward? I and my Wife look forward to more seasons, good luck!!
