Listen...if anyone is giving this documentary one star then are showing the limited intelligence they have on this subject matter. They have absolutely NO experience in what it is like to be an investigative journalist. They lack the knowledge on how a big story can be meticulously captivating, earth-shattering, and mind-bending. It will change you, just as one of the female journalists in the film states. Everything about you and who you were before you uncovered the truth completely changes and this movie shows that greatly to Danny Casolaro and Christian Hansen. So the manner in which the film was made was authentic and I was absolutely enthralled from start to finish.
I know deep down that once the paramedic said Danny's tendons were severed in his wrists and that he supposedly had a plastic bag tied around his head while doing so? HUGE RED FLAG guys. You cannot tell me a human being can successfully cut his wrists so damn deep it is nearly to the bone. Because how can one use their wrists without having tendons? Severed tendons means you have no movement in that body part whatsoever which human anatomy & physiology I and II in college can teach you this. So he basically has busted hands but was able to keep cutting reeeeal deep AND with limited sight and breathing capacity. Plllleeeease that is such a joke and insult to my intelligence. Ain't No way. That defies logic on every forefront.
And if you are upset that there isn't a complete resolution to this crazy goose chase...HOW Can you possibly be so? This was never going to be a fairy tale ending with the bad guys being put away or someone finally being held responsible. It is impossible. I think the ones who are so repulsed by this film are the ones who cannot grip with the damning and dark reality that our government is not here to protect us. Time to wake up. This ultimately makes me afraid for my daughter's future and my own as I am only 36. Who really knows what the future holds for us as Americans and even human beings of the planet. What if we have no say in it at all? That's something that keeps me up at night.
