I must say I had high expectations on this film especially since I loved End of Watch. Characters seemed like they were trying too hard, it was a bit all over the place too. It looked like it had a lot of potential and even the acting was ok but the story line and execution lacked. Shias character looked awesome, I was expecting some Sicario character but at the end he seemed like a wannabe, I never even saw his talked about tattoo.
