The Unspoken Crime Scenes by Ankwasa et al is a solid piece of poetry and prose that tackles one of the most complex of themes in life, it speaks of crimes committed on our bodies a treasure we hold so dear. This book got me confronted with realities that some of us are being sexually abused or we are sexually abusing those we hold dear without even realizing it. This book deserves to be put in the Academia and dissected by our dear students and scholars for safe spaces of the future.
It's the first of the kind in East African literature basing on my knowledge of literary landscape in East Africa.
