I could see each move right around the corner, and because of that, the maze symbolism was trash. The graphic nature could have been a bit more subtle and conveyed an even better emotional experience. There was so much happening that was just annoying to look at and wait through, just to see the foreshadowing was way too detailed and gave the story away. The second star is because there were some cool artistic spins. The lighting always matched the emotions, the actors were all incredibly talented. However, I'm still rating this movie as trash. It felt like the writer was someone with teenage angst, who had seen too many serial killer documentaries. This is the first time I've rated a movie. I decided to, because I was so upset at how awful it was and how much advertising and hype it got.
