For fans of murders which may or may not have an answer at the end of the puzzle, this is the best documented one I have ever seen
The feel of Ireland with its peace a veneer of the violence beneath, the magical majestic landscape, and the myths and ghosts tied to certain areas. Add in a young fascinating educated and very beautiful french lady victim and her devasted family back in France, together with her devoted ( beyond what any mother could expect) son, and you have a plot fit for a movie
Unfortunately this is real life, real victims, real police real villagers whose testimonies reveal. . . well you decide.
If the answer is what appears most obvious before the end, is it the right one? If not somebody is lying, and there is a lot more interviews I would like to see with questions I'd still like asked even after the decades which have passed since that fateful day.
Perhaps someone will ask them before those colourful inhabitants of the area shuffle off this mortal coil.
