I was expecting this to be one of those movies that is simply trying to drag out the franchise for another film purely to take your money. I thought it would be filled with every teen slasher movie cliche coupled with bad acting and a nonsensical plot. As it turns out I was really surprised - surprised that I didn’t follow my gut instinct and went anyway. Absolute and total garbage - it is ALL of the above. Save your money and you can thank me later.

Honestly don’t understand the high reviews for this film. The wisecrack gags weren’t funny, the chemistry between the cast felt off and the ‘villain’ played by Dreyfus was a character you couldn’t take seriously. To me it just felt like MCU needed to get a film out there for the fans. If they are supposed to be the New Avengers I’d give the next one a miss.

I was hooked after the very first scene and for the first 50 mins fully intrigued as to where the storyline was headed. Very quickly I became bored to the point I couldn’t care less what happened to any of the characters or the storyline itself. Quite how this film gets the hype it does is beyond me but I guess some people are easily entertained. I cannot remember the last time I was this disappointed over a movie.

Gripped all the way through and loving it until it ends and no answers are given. Left feeling there must be a second half. Wasn’t one of those clever open endings - it just stopped, effectively mid- plot on many levels. Missed opportunity kind of movie.
