I met Ms. Paulus years ago, and I was immediately touched by the spirit emanating from her heart. Today, after years of gifting her book to a great number of people, I read it to my Pre-K and Kindergarteners. They were mesmerized by the story as they had been studying the transformation of caterpillars into butterflies. This is a wonderful audience to teach the lessons of Hope for the Flowers. We are teaching our students all about character-building and how to look forward to lives of curiosity and hope as they continue to grow.
