Honestly at first, the relationship between the leads seemed so unhealthy. But it's necessary to go through all of that to show how they deal with their issues and try to become better not just for the other people in their lives, but also themselves. I'm so glad they wrapped up the main storyline by ep 15 and had a whole final episode to show how they all dealt with the aftermath. Plot was amazing, characters all wonderfully flawed yet so lovable, and the filming/OST was beautiful. This drama was really, really such an amazing show?! And I'm not one to simply love kdramas bc of the hype -- I was honestly putting off watching this show /because/ of the hype. I was very let down by itaewon class and I was really looking forward to it. The show kept popping up on my recommendations on Netflix and others recommended it too, then I realised Seo Yeji was acting in it too (highly recommend her other drama, Save Me, very unusual but so thrilling!)?! So, I decided to watch it and I found so many more amazing actors and actresses that I loved who also acted in this show!! So glad I watched it :')))
