Hypocritical piece of propaganda. As a Texan who is thankful for whatever oil we get ourselves as opposed to buying it off people who consider us enemies, I'm pretty darn offended. As a mother who wants my children to both respect the planet and have factual knowledge of our options, I'm going to choose a much different movie for them to watch. Super annoyed at this ridiculous one.

It felt...over-acted? By all. Entertaining but certainly not believable. CGI wasn't believable either. Costumes were beautiful, the plot twists were interesting. But I couldn't get past the performances.

Good things- Great makeup. The different ages look amazing. Great acting by everyone. Bad things- It can be slow. Not exactly action-packed. Worse things- I'm only on episode 4 but I can't stand it anymore. I can't stand the spoiled, entitled brat of a daughter. Her whole arc is so incredibly irritating that I've checked out.

Good overall. Lost energy and many climactic moments by trying to make it more realistic. Should have used instrumental versions of original songs. Beautiful scenes and costumes
